COLECO Toys (Sanford Mills)

This time we see the bigger guns on the line. No way they ran this Geep up the trestles to Mohawk Mills. Here CR 8216 pulls boxcars from COLECO Toys. She's probably filled with Cabbage Patch Dolls and Colecovision game consoles. (PHOTO: Bill Mischler)

This trestle could hold a GP-38-2. (PHOTO: Bill Mischler)

This is what they called the canyon. This used to be the Sanford Carpet Mills. This photo was used for the article on the Kellogg's Branch that appeared in the New York Central Headlight, 4th Quarter, 1989. (PHOTO: Bill Mischler)

Here's the 8216 on Forest Ave. She certainly wasn't coming or going to Mohawk Mills. The trestles wouldn't have held her. (PHOTO: Bill Mischler)

Not exactly street-running, but the ROW for the line to Mohawk Mills skirted the roadway. Photos taken in January of 1982. (PHOTO: Bill Mischler)
